Hey there!
As a US citizen I understand that filing Affidavit I-864 binds me to be financially responsible for a green card holder (my Dad) if he receives public benefit ( food stamps, etc). I was wondering if I am also financially responsible for him if he, hypothetically, gets into a hospital with a 100k bill and can't pay. Am I supposed to be picking up the bill?
