Citizenship and I-30?

Hello Guys I need help.
I will be eligible to apply for my acitizenship December 8th 2016 although I have been here for 11 years, didn't apply for my green card early.
I got married a few months ago and was wondering if I am able to put in my Naturalization application in with my Husband's I-30?? Or should I wait until I get my citizenship then put his in??

Wait until you have your Naturalization certificate before petitioning your husband. The alternative (submitting at same time) is he will be classified as as a quota spouse, and you would later have to change the status for your petition to be "immediate priority," which can result in more hassle than benefit.
