Hi.
I filed N-400 and it was arrived at Dallas, TX last Thursday. I filed it based on I've been an LPR for at least 5 years. However, right after I filed, my husband got a new job found out that he is assigned to army base in Germany as a government contractor and will be leaving in 2 weeks.
I am wondering if USCIS will let me send in the request letter to expedite my case based on INA section 319 (b) on my filed application. I know I could do that on the application, but we didn't think he will get this job. If they do, how long will it most likely take? Thank you in advance.
