N-400, filling under 5-year rule; marital status confusion. Please HELP

Was married to a US citizen for 4 years. Spouse passed away in 2010.
If I am correct, I can file under 5 year rule since it's been 10 years since I got my green card.

My confusion comes when answering the form.

Should I put single or widow?

If widow, spouse is dead so the other questions don't apply to me since they all ask for "current."

Should I just leave them blank?

I don't have I-360 because I had my green card before spouse died.
