Hi,
I am planning on applying for citizenship for my daughter, under section 322 (child who regularly resides outside of the USA). We can apply to any USCIS office in the country. For various reasons I thought of Utah or Colorado. Does anyone have experiences (good or bad) with either of these states, in terms of processing times, efficiency etc?
Any help will be appreciated,
Perri
