Sponsorship for sibling green card when in USA or out of USA

Hi there,

I work in USA and i'm on the 1st year of my H1B Visa, i live with my uncle ( Dad's younger brother ) who is a Citizen of USA. My Dad and my mom both have B1/B2 Visa which i sponsored for my graduations while i was on my F1 Visa. What is the process and the approximate time for my father to get a green card if my uncle sponsors him?also would the green card process be expedited if my dad is in USA when my uncle sponsors him.

Your uncle will be filing on F4 category visa for siblings and the current wait time is 14 to 15 years. No your parent's filing can't be expedited just because they have visitor visa and are visiting US.

sibling's kids visa?

Thanks for the update. Can the US citizen sponsor visa for brother's kids who live in India? If yes, how to proceed, what forms to submit where?
For this as well, the wait time is around 15 years right? Is there a rule like kids age***5 years should be less than 21?
