Procedures to follow after name change during Naturalization

hi all,

We are changing our name (me and my wife) during the naturalization. We are from India, and wondering what are the usual procedures to follow once the name changes happens as part of citizenship? Some things that come to my mind are
1. Change SSN database
2. Change Bank/Phone/Utilities/Property records
3. Notify DMV
4. Any procedures to follow to update property records for Indian properties?
5. Anything else (in US and in India) to be taken care of ?
