N-400 Doubts

We are planning to file N-400 . Have 2 Questions.

1. Have few Speeding/Parking Citations ( Paid ) , Do we select just Part 12 Line 23 , or also 24,25,26 ?
Planning to Put in Form 29 Traffic Citation and PAID FINE in the first and last column . Is that good enough ?

2. For Employer , should i put the employer address or the client address where i was working . Employer was in CA, , where as i was working in GA. Should the Employer address be same as the one on W2/Paystub?

for number 1 I am not sure you can use this website https://www.citizenshipworks.org/ or google citizenshipworks to fill forum and they will make sure you fill all required fields. Their website is still under development so few things are broken but it works. I think you should give all details an be honest. Most of the people have traffic tickets.

For number 2 you should fill the address of the company that issue your W2 as that address is officially in your tax record.
