I got my Green card in July/2010 and lived in US for 2 months and then got a reentry permit and returned to US after 1 year and 10 months. Now I am living in US from last 4 years. Am I eligible to apply for citizenship considering that the last 364 days will be added to the time period for the extension period?

Wait until you have 4 years and 9 months from the time you reentered the U.S. before submitting your N-400 application.

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.

Either way should work (4 years and 9 months from reentry date or 4 years plus 1 day), but to avoid getting into a spitting match with reviewer, I would still recommend waiting for the longer period (4 years and 9 months from reentry date).
