N-400 Processing at Chicago Office

08-29-2016: Forms mailed to Phoenix ,Az.
09-07-2016: Checks cashed.
09-19-2016: Received text about status update for biometrics appointment.
09-23-2016: Biometric Notification received via mail.
10-05-2016: Biometrics completed at Naperville USCIS support center.
12-27-2016: Went to Chicago field office to enquire about the case. It was pretty useless exercise. The lady told me that they (Chicago office) did not have my file. Lee's sumitt MO has my file and will sent over to Chicago.

Slower than snail.

HI,
There is no update. I don't think USCIS works over the weekend. Sorry for being Sarcastic, it will perfectly be fine if they only work on week days.
Does everyone here knows that USCIS is funded by our fees, so we are keeping this agency afloat. Yet, the customer service is so so bad.
