N-400 application document question (effective Dec 23 2016)

Hello everyone,

I am filing N-400 for me (after five years of having LPR). Quick clarification questions:

1) My address is in the US. Do I need to submit two photographs?*

2) Which is better? Submitting to the lockerbox address in Dallas or send my express to Lewisville, TX 7506?
