  • Please help, N 400 question regarding trips

Hi guys , I really need some help from an expert. I don't want any delays in my application and want to ensure I have all the appropriate documents needed to pass the interview.

My question is regarding my trips, I have kept detailed records and they add up to 80 days over past 5 years over 5 trips - no biggie.

However going through my passports I don't have stamps which correspond to all the trips - I took some land trips to Mexico and Canada and passport was NOT stamped (no one asked to see, passport GC was examined going to Canada and waived through). So how do I prove date of exit? Do I need to request FOIP records from US/Canada? Can I just bring some bank statements, CC statements showing my credit card was used in Canada? I can't seem to find anything for the Mexico trip in terms of bank records.

Any tips? I know they ask us to bring passport so they can verify entry-exit records but what will they say if the stamps are missing? Can I just explain what happened? Will they ask me to get FOIP or should I be proactive and request?

    Thanks!!

they verifying your passsport is highly unlikely to happen. they will only do if they see any red flags as they examine your application during the interview. as a precautionary take your itineraries to mexico or canada . please dont fret on these minor ones. you are good.
