Miami, Fl Bio done in July 2016 and as of today, still nothing for interview

Had bio done in July, 2016
As of January 10, 2017 still no word on interview.
Are there others in Miami, Fl with similar situation
Does Number starting with NBC* have anything to do? Thanks

Field office is Hialeah , and I have no update since ready to be scheduled for interview in December..

No updates since July 2016

I got the fingerprints done in July 8th,2016 in West Palm Beach, FL. My record is clean, why is it taking so long? I called the 1-800 # and they said that I have to wait because the staff is delayed, basically, I just wasted my time calling

I had my bio prints taken on March, 23rd, 2017 and I'm still in line for the interview. I'm not sure if all N-400 cases in the Hialeah office are taken that long, but in the USCIS page it says that as of Nov 30, 2017 they're working on March 7, 2017 cases.
