  • No photo requirement for N-400?

I guys, I have a GC thu employment but I'm applying for a citizenship based on marriage to a US citizen so the 3 years period will come in April 10th. I'm eligible to apply now, in fact I'm just waiting for the tax Transcript from IRS. I read the instruction basically saying photos are not required. Correct?. Just wanna be sure

Two passport-style photos are required when submitting form N-400 for Naturalization.

      Photos with N400 application

I thought the checklist mentioned that "if you live outside the US, then send 2 photographs with your N400 application". Its a bit confusing? Any input would be appreciated.

I'm sure you've probably already submitted your application but yes, photos are no longer a requirement if you reside in the US. I recently submitted my N400 in December and it was accepted just fine.
