CPR - Removing condition is taking long, can I apply for citizenship?

Hi, I'm completely new on this forum.

My spouse is a citizen and I got my conditional residence when I entered US.

I have applied to remove the condition of last year but yet no reply from them, I called and they informed they are still processing old applications.

It's been 3 years I have entered and living in US.

Is there any way I could apply for citizenship at this moment before they respond to my condition removal application?
