  • Question about filling Form N-400

    Hi,

I need help with answering a question on the N400 form - Part 2(Information About You) - Question 9. I became a Permanent Resident by marriage. I got my temporary green card in 2010 for 2 years and that expired in 2012. I then reapplied for a Permanent Green Card and got a new one for 10 years and this expires in 2022. So the date I became a Permanent Resident should be the 2010 date correct? Or the 10 year GC that I got in 2012?

    Thanks !!

correct. 2010. It should say that on your card.

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.
