Name Change Needed or not?
Hello,
I am currently applying for naturalization and was wandering if the Legal name (part 2 section 1) is going to be the name that will be showing up in my documents when the application is processed? This is the name that I want it to be from now on (part 2 section 1). The name on part 2 section 2 is an extended version of the name. If it isn't would I need a name change to satisfy my need. My exact name on my resident card is: FirstName MiddleInitial FirstLastName SecondLasName...However I would like it to be the following FirstName FirstLastName, would I need a name change or not?
I ask because in my case my license name is the extended version of my name, but most of my other documents (SS, etc.) is in my preferred name. Any help is greatly appreciated.
