  • N400 Application continuous residence issue

    Hello

I will submit my N400 application soon.
But I have a concern about continuous residence.
Because I have 4 oversea trips in the last 2 years, those trips are 170 days or so and separated by 1 or 2 weeks only.
I actually went back my country to take care of my mama, because she was in really bad health condition.
I am not employed in the last 2 years.
I own a house, But i rent it out.

Will my N400 be denied for continuous residence?
    I am worried about it.

    Thank your advise

You are very close to a denial for break in "continuous residency," but don't seem to have "crossed the line." Any trips of 6 months or more or aggregate time outside of 2-1/2 years in last 5 years would constitute a "continuous residency" break, but a reviewer might look at your time outside a constituting loss of continuous residency.
