Who are you saying cancelled her interview? Immihelp is a discussion forum and is online only she wouldn't have any interview with Immihelp. so you might need to contact whoever (maybe USCIS?) she had an interview with to discuss the issue.

You are confused about your wife's interview cancellation letter. Apparently you don't understand what this forum is about and that this venue has nothing to do with USCIS (immigration agency) correspondence actions.

If your wife's interview was cancelled, it is more likely that she ignored an interview notice from USCIS and didn't show up for a scheduled interview, wish a possible resulting denial.
