I have 6 parking tickets and 1 red light camera (all paid on time and closed) from the past 2 years. I also had a disabled parking ticket which was not paid on time, and I had a $520 fine, which has been paid. But now apparently I have a class C misdemeanor for this handicap parking issue, and I am trying to get it expunged.
I mailed the n400 before the handicap ticket happened, so I did not disclose it on there.
Will I be rejected for an interview? I was unaware of the fine until recently. Is the misdemeanor, coupled with multiple parking tickets, enough to bar good moral character? If I get an interview, will they pass me? I have two degrees in engineering, have worked in prestigious positions, have lived in the US for 10years.... etc.
