And still waiting for an interview anybody know whats wrong with the process time ???
I been calling USCIS and all they tell me is that they are behind on applications..today i was able to talk to a level 2 officer after insting for two weeks and all she told me was that the process time is in April 30,2016 and that they are short on officers... i am concern back in november 2016 process time was May 2016
On February 17,2017 i check again and it said July 28,2016 and i checked Frebruary 18,2017 and it was changed to April 30,2016... this is so fustrating i do not understand the process time... anybody experiencing this situation ....

I got biometrics done in 8-22-16

Im on the same boat, I also noticed the changed in processing dates form July 28 went back to april and I think its stuck in May now. this is really frustrating.

Yeah i noticed it too the date change.
I filed in august too. And now it says may 15 or something. Hopefully it will be here soon.

Infopass this morning

My case was received on 8/12/16. Did bio metrics late august. No updates since then. I had an INFOPASS appointment this morning at the Dallas Office and spoke with an office about my case. She told me that I've been in line to be scheduled for Interview since September last year. They have a backlog and are supposed to get some help soon. She said it may take 3-6 more months. She also mentioned that she saw a case yesterday that has been in line since August. I imagine their application is from July. I'm now glad to at least know is because of a backlog.

No movement from Oct 2016. We booked vacation and going Out of the country for June 2017(2nd week, One Week). As of my knowledge Interview letters issuing with 4-5 week time frame. What is my options if we received the interview schedule in the same dates?

11/4/2016 I GOT A NOTICE : saying your case is in line for an interwiew.

04/29/2017 still waiting???? 6 monts just waiting???

I'm planning to so see my family for the summer . They leaving out of country so hard to desicion can i go or not ?

Dallas tx. Application filed on august 23 2016.
Biometrics done mid September 2016. Been waiting since then to hear anything from them. Online USCIS account just says interview scheduled and will send notice.
This new processing time is so confusing.
Now it says " field office case processed as of may 31 2017 is july 23 2016 "
I don't get it. So as of may 31 they were handling cases that they received from july 23 last year ?
