Hi all.
As with my previous post, I am married to a US Citizen (born in the US but left after 1-2 years in the US and has never stepped foot in the US soil since) for more than 4 years now having 2 child with her.
I got selected for DV lottery and went ahead with the process (sadly with my 1st child included). I got I 551 stamped but havent yet received my Green Card (the physical card).
I would like to know if i qualify for the speed up Citizenship process - where i heard i can be naturalized after 3 years being a LPR spending more than half of that 3 years in the US soil.
Any one knows of what status I qualify? 3 years or 5 years?
