i have submitted my N400 only for it to be returned 3 times for the same reason in the past 2 months. Incorrect fee it seems even though I had gone over the uscis website with the finest comb. How much is the fee with household size of 3 income of $28000? (below 150% of PGL) My understanding is I would only have to pay the biometric fee of $85. Is this not the case?. I sent in our tax return and the I192 cover letters reference to uscis weblinks (explaining where i got the info from) still nothing - they keep sending my app back with the same rejection letter. So how much do I have to pay or is the fee waiver option gone? What am I doing wrong?
