Hi all,
I submit the application on 2/10/17 and then I received the notice and the PD date is 2/14/2017. It's been 3 month now I haven't received any updates yet and no FP notice. I checked online and it showed an error and I can't use the receipt number to check my case status. Any one in Houston have the similar situation as me ?? I called the 800 number and they just told me they will submit the request and call me back but I didn't get any call back. I am not sure what should I do? If any one knows, please advise!!
