August 2016- sent N400 application
Sept 2016 - Biometric
May 2, 2017 - Citizenship Interview ( IO give me N652 saying i passed the test but cannot make a decision in my application)
May 5, 2017 - check my case status online and it said that the approved my application and your final step to becoming a citizen is to attend your naturalization ceremony. we will mail you a letter when we schedule your naturalization ceremony.
May, 28, 2017 - still no updates. did call the 1-800 number twice this month and they giving me the same information that i am seeing when i am checking my status online. does anybody here wait too long for their Oath ceremony notice. i know i am being inpatient, i just want to get this thing done because i have a plan to go to my country on the July and my daughter is going to school there too, and the last day for late enrollee is July 31st. Chicago is my field office and i live in Indiana.
