  • N400 inline for oath ceremony for more than 90 days?

After my n400 interview on April3rd 2017 my status changed to inline for oath ceremony now its been 90 days I have got any oath ceremony scheduled, I submitted a e-service request for my situation on USCIS website and got the following response
"your case had been approved and was placed on schedule for oath ceremony. you expect a final hearing notice within three weeks of the date of this letter."

what does "had been" means " does it mean it was approved and not now", what does "final hearing" means

Can you provide timelines of when did you create e-service request after your interview?

call the 1800 number when you wait for a period of time say u want to speak to an officer, then you get moved to the step. I did that monay after waiting for my oath letter which I was told it would be mailed in 2 weeks its been a month. the officer said you was just updated when i got off the phone the email came through.
