My experience:
Filed: 10/31/16
FP: 12/2/16
Interview Letter received: 06/07/17
Interview: 07/11/17
Oath Letter received: 07/15/17
Oath scheduled: 07/21/17
NBC* number
Office: Tampa
Had Green Card for 13 years, working in the US since 1999, N400 employment based
High level:
- Very professional officers
- Took longer than expected
- I was able to predict my interview date based on raw USCIS data within a +/- 2 weeks time frame: https://www.uscis.gov/tools/reports-...naturalization
Little details:
- Oath ceremonies are generally on Fridays and Mondays
- Traffic tickets: I had a ticket for cell phone usage while driving from NY City. They wanted to see proof of payment during the interview (difficult to get for NY State)
- I had to reschedule my summer vacation for the Oath Ceremony. Quite costly. Was advised by my lawyer and the IO not to postpone.
