Stuck after biometric was done on July 28, 2016
My wife and me both filed N-400 in July 21, 2016. Our fingerprint was done on July 28th. I took oath in December 2016. But her case is stuck in background check. I tried following:
a. Info pass - totally useless. They said they have nothing to do until FBI clears it.
b. Called USCIS - Just informed that it is stuck in background check
c. State congressman office - They said we need to wait until FBI is done
d. Submitted a service request to ombudsman office - still waiting to hear
Our field office is Boston. My wife is practicing muslim, wears hijab.
What should we do now?
