Hi,
So i had my interview yesterday along with my dad that i did pass, but my dad did not due to USCIS messed up his part. So long story short my dad has medical condition where he is blind with a lot of heart and kidney problem I filled N-468(disability form) along with his N-400 application and sent the packet with my N-400. At the time of interview they did not have his N-468 on file and told me that they need it right now or he has to go through normal interview like other. So I told him that I sent in the application and it supposed to be on file and as far as I know you have to submit it with N-400 but anyway I tried him to take normal interview and he failed and the officer reschedule it but it will take 2 more months from now. My concern is that do I have to until he passes his interview to get my oath ceremony or they will schedule mine before him? Because I was told by couple people that if you file for citizenship as family they schedule interview and ceremony together for all family members. I worried about my wife because I have applied I-130 for her 6 months ago and haven’t heard anything from them she is in Pakistan I want to get citizenship certificate ASAP so I can bring her here ASAP.
