Hi All,
I'm really worried.. I had my interview in Atlanta field office on Aug 5th 2017.
Here are my dates
Filed - 1/23 2017
FP - 02/9/2017
Interview - 8/5/2017
NO updates since then, I had a arrest back in May 2013 , but the case was dismissed and I even provided court disposition certificate to the ISO at the time of the interview. After the interview she said congratulations you have passed English, civics test, but gave me a letter saying "decisions cannot be made yet ", she wanted to review the file and said she will let me know in a couple of days.. its been more than 6 weeks since my interview.. My attorney was also present during the interview and he said, I should get approved since my case was dismissed ..
Would infopass appointment help me here or will a call to senator expedite this.. I'm on pins and needles since my interview..
My wife got her citizenship last month and my 2 kids are born us citizens..
How long would it take for them to finalize their decision..
