My journey so far......

Application received / credit card processed on 9/2/2017.
FP appointment letter received on 9/8/2017.
FP taken in SF on 9/25/2017.
Current status states: “We reviewed your biometrics - you do not need to do anything at this time”.
Estimated wait time: “9 months”

I applied online with a USCIS account which I believe is very user friendly.

Got an update today via online account that “Interview was scheduled”, estimated case completion time of October 2018.

Interview is scheduled so soon after biometrics

Got an update today via online account that “Interview was scheduled”, estimated case completion time of October 2018.

Interview has been scheduled in 1 month from now! Didn't expect it so soon after only applying in September 2017 especially when website completion date is October 2018?
