Last Name Change during Oath ?

While filing the N-400 application, I had opted for Name Change & during the Interview, the officer had mentioned that there wil be a letter for me to change the 'Name'. Now, I have recieved a letter for the oath , Will the name change be at the same court before the Oath or how does tht work ?
