Is this right time to apply for citizenship

Hi, I have the following scenario:

Came to US: January, 2012 with Conditional Green Card
Apply for removing condition as self petition: November 2014 (Self-Petitioning Spouse of Abusive US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident)
Got new green card: October 2015

My question is: can I apply for citizenship now or do i need to wait to complete 5 years from the date of my new green card which I got October 2015??

Actually, based on your dates, you could have applied under the 3-year rule in October 2014. Battered spouses are allowed to use the same rule as people who are married to US citizens.

For naturalization under the 5-year rule, you could have applied starting in October 2016.

But the thing is that: I divorced on February 2014. So, is that rule applicable for me?

Yes, because you got your status as a battered spouse. But that is moot now. Since you qualify under both the 3-year and 5-year rules now, you should apply under the 5-year rule.
