  • Physical Address Questions on N-400 Application

    Hi everyone,
I am filling out my N-400 app for naturalization but I am stuck at the physical question. So, I got my green card through marriage-based, and after getting married, I moved in to stay with my wife's parents. I had lived there for 3 years after getting married, and then I moved to a different state for work, but I still keep my permeant address as it is. I travel back and forth between where my apartment near work and my parent-in-law house since my wife has been living with them forever. So, I have a few questions:

    1) Should I put the address near work down as the most recent physical address or my parent-in-law's address?

    2) one of the requirements on the checklist for citizenship eligibility (the link for checklist:https://www.uscis.gov/n-400) states that I have to have lived in the district where I am applying for naturalization for the LAST 3 months, whereas on the 3-month-residency requirement (the link:https://www.uscis.gov/policymanual/H...-Chapter6.html) states that I only have to have lived in the district where I am applying for citizenship a least 3 months, NOT "LAST 3 months". So, am I eligible for citizenship?

    Any help will truly appreciated!!!
