Is there anyone from MPLS/Saint Paul can tell the average timing for the naturalization/citizenship process takes?

BA Scheduled Notice: 11/10/2017
BA: 11/27/2017
Until then the status is showing that "We reviewed your biometrics"
And the Estimated wait time is: 14 months.
