N-400 Interview scheduled faster than expected

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has heard of a situation where an interview has been scheduled MUCH faster than the estimated dates based on the USCIS processing times for our field office?

My wife's N-400 was filed in October 2017 and biometrics taken soon after that. Last week she received her notice for the interview to take place on February 27. I looked up the USCIS processing times and for the Harlingen office, it says they are currently working on November 2016 applications.

Has anyone heard of this happening?

The processing dates are based on completed application that means applications with interview already completed, after the interview is when the clock starts.

Similar situation

I have a similar situation and very nervous. Applied in October of 2017, bio in November and interview is feb 5. Field office is in Hialeah, FL.
