Hi,
I did a silly mistake on my N400: since I was once fined with a disorderly ticket, and the policemen that fined me gave me a bit of a "pep talk" not to behave in public like I did, I assumed that did count as an "arrest". I payed the ticket and never saw a court room. So I marked question 22 as "no", and questions 23-25 with yes. On question 29 I then filled in on line with "Disorderly Conduct", the date and location and and wrote that I payed the fine.
I am now wondering if I made my ticket/crime/misdemeanor/whatever look like more serious that it actually is. Should I have just ticked yes on question 22?
If that's the case, should I file a request to amend my n400?
