I need to bring tax transcripts to my interview for last 5 years... The problem is that in 2013 My mom filed me as dependent on her tax return. Do I need to ask her to get me her transcript for 2013?

No. Whether you are claimed as a dependent and whether you file your own tax return are independent things. You can be claimed as a dependent and still file your own tax return (and in some cases you must file your own tax return); you just don't get an exemption for yourself. Conversely, you can be not claimed as a dependent and not file your own tax return, if your income is low enough to not need to file.

You only need to provide your own tax returns.
