I am a Philadelphia filer as well . Had my interview already . almost 9 month after finger prints .
So you will have your’s soon , just be patient .

I've be waiting close to five months for an interview should I call USCIS Office to see was going on ?

Yes you should wait but you can still call the of course like I did in August , they told me that they have a period of 7 months from the fp to the interview .so I had it in March 2018 .
My oath ceremony will be the end of this week .
Do not worry and be patient. Once you get your interview date. Thugs will move fast .
