N-400 rejected for incorrect payment amount

I mailed my n400 with fee reduced request, 1 week later, I received a rejected notice with my application from USCIS.
I wrote a credit card payment with total $405, $320 N-400 reduced fee and $85 Biometrics Fee https://www.uscis.gov/reduced
I just don't understand why they rejected my application while I pay the correct amount.

Did you send proof that you fall in the guidelines for the reduced fee along with the proposed form? It may be based on their calculations; if your application was rejected, re-file with the correct fee amount and don’t prolong your journey. Best of luck.
