hi all,
today I had my interview and test at Newark NJ. I passed the test, my wife also passed the test. I was out for about 5 & 1/2 months, she had confusion about it then my wife's officer contacted my officer. My officer said she is approving my case therefore my wife's case was approved. But couple of minutes after my officer said in their system she saw another file exists related to my green card history and she has requested the file which she'll get it tomorrow. She then said she cannot give me the oath letter today but also said my file is approved, there are no issues etc.
did anyone have similar case? how long does it take them to send oath letter?
