  • Has anyone tried to arrive to early for the interview?

    Hi,
Me and my wife have 2 separate citizenship interviews in the same day.
Her interview is at 11:30 am while mine is 1:45 Pm.
We live far from the place, and I am going to drop my wife off at the morning.
They say in the letter to not arrive too early, so for me I think I have to drop her off then wait somewhere for my appointment time?
I really wanted to go inside together, and wait in the waiting area with her, so my question is, has anyone faced the same situation before where his relative went earlier? And was the security officers allowed you to enter way before your time?
    My center is Newark NJ
    Appreciate any comments or experiences.

    Interview waiting notice period

    Sir

How long did it take for the wait from finger printing to the interveiw appointment? NEWARK, NJ IS by far the WORST IN THE NATION. On your question, I would go and wait at a local library nearby if tehy don't alow you inside nearby. If your wife is done hopefully after she has passed, she can go back to that same library. Dont forget to ask her her questions which she asnwered, coz you csan bet your bottom dollarr YOU WILL NOT BE ASKED THE SAME SET OF QUESTIONS;-)

I had no issue bringing my spouse to my interview, so just go to hers first lol
