  • Can you bring a child during interview?

    Just curious if it?s allowed to bring a child ( older) during interview at at least wait in the waiting room, anybody has idea ?

    it is not recommended. they usually ask that only those who are being interviewed or need to be present in case they are needed during the interview come with you from what I understand.

      Absolutely not.
      You know when your interview is. Make arrangements with a baby-sitter, family member or friend. The USCIS does not allow children. This is an important interview, why take chances like this?

        If by child you mean your child over 18 years of age sure. If by child you mean a grade school or teenager then no.

        Truth is these aren't matters for children anyways and they'll only cause you a distraction. Leave them at home.

        April 2017 - Case is being scheduled for interview
        May 2017 - AP/EAD received:
        March 2018 - AP/EAD forms sent for renewal
        Sept 2018 - AOS interview scheduled.
        Oct 2018 - AOS interview
        Nov 2018 - Green card in hand

            I've never heard parents say "my adult". Even older people usually call their adult children...."children". Don't be so PC, I'm trying to work with question to the simplest form.
