Interview notice help.

Hi,

I and my parents mail the applications in 10/2017. We did all the fingerprints. My parents were able to create online account to check the current status, but I could not because my receipt number start as NBC*... the parents received the noticed of interview in July, but I have not. I can?t create the case account but I can check status online. When I checked, it stated that ?my oath ceremony was scheduled..? I was surprised since I am not even interviewed yet. I called USCIS and they told me that they can not access into the info, and I need to make an in person appointment with an immigration officer to know more.
Please help.

Question y u cannot create online account what's wrong if its starts with NBC* ?.
any one know plz reply

My family members have receipt start as IOE and they could create online account. I start as NBC and cannot. I apply from California.
