Employment Green Card +5yrs : Only husband applying for Citizenship

Hi,
In our case we got our green card in 2013 based on my labor/employment . Only I am applying for citizenship as of now after 5 years. My wife wans to hold on to the Indian passport and green card.


Will this cause any issue for my application or her application later on ?
