Time has come to apply for my citizen ship as 2 years 9 months are almost over. 751 and green card extension for one was received but no communication after that. i am ready to apply for citizen ship and understand that my green card file and citizen ship application file will merge. please advise which processing center has the fastest processing time and should i just apply for citizen ship and let the files merge??
