I'm filing the N400, I have a full-time and I also work as subcontractor for different agencies. Do I need to enter that information as well?

Yes, be as thorough as you can. You're allowed to put additional information on a piece of paper.

Always tell the truth. Just put it all down. Give them as much information as possible, Whether they ask you about it is up to them, but better to provide the information than for them to find out that you hadn't declared it.
