Citizenship - Am I eligible to apply?

Hi,

1) Got Green card on 11/1/2013(4 - years 10 Months ago), Am I eligible to apply for Citizenship now?

2) Was out of a country for one month and returned back to the USA on July 15th, One Month ago, Is it okay if I apply now for citizenship or do I need to wait for 90 days to apply for citizenship as I returned to USA one month ago?

Yes, you are eligible because you can apply 90 days before your continuous presence of 5yrs is due. Spending one month outside will not affect anything. if I were you I will go ahead and start right away because the wait times are really longer these days. Good luck
