  • LPR with medicaid - public charge?

so are LPRs with medicaid considered public charges?

read the article about trump's proposal and it has me nervous about removal?

also ready to file for naturalization but wanted to pursue a fee waiver - do you advise against it?

Not to get political about this but you're using a benefits program that's more or so a form of welfare and now you're asking for a fee waiver? A waiver means we the tax payers foot the bill because that's where the governments money comes from. Now put yourself in the shoes of the ISO or the other side of the isle.

Does it sound like you've become a public charge? Seriously just pay the fee.

A lot of people forget that USC status is not owed to you its a benefit. I'll stop here before i go off on a tangent.
