Do I need Renunciation letter for OCI card
Hi all,
Need your inputs.I acquired US citizenship 10 years ago. My Indian passport has a cancelled stamp and indicates that I acquired foreign citizenship.I have a valid PIO card but now I need to get an OCI card.My question is do I need a renunciation of Indian citizenship certificate before I apply for the OCI card or can i just go ahead and apply for the OCI card in lieu of PIO card.
